Nov.6/12 Kaotic Days in homeschooling

I homeschool 6 children ranging in age 3---13  and boy are they a handful.  Everyone of them has a different personality, different study ways.  In September the kids could not get enough of homeschool, and now its almost impossible to get them to do anything.   Well I think it is time to re-do some charts and ways of schooling.  Is anyone else having this same problem,  if you are , tell me about it, okey.  When I figure out how to get everyone in the program again I will post it and share the  ways.
